Landlord Information
The primary reason for considering LALS to take care of your property is to ensure your property is in safe competent hands and that you will receive a very professional service. You will also be rest assured that you will not fall foul of the pitfalls occasionally mentioned in the press.

Letting is what we do; maximizing revenue from your investment is our job. Our aim is to achieve a pleasant working relationship between all parties.
To achieve this we employ trained staff, invest in the latest technology and operate from a smart office where you, our clients, are always welcome.

When we visit your property we will take photographs which we will place on our websites.

We are the most professional letting agent in your area.

If you already own a property a member of staff will visit it and provide advice on any improvements to ensure an early let. At this stage we will advise you on the expected rent achievable.

You may be considering letting furnished or unfurnished. For each individual case we will advise you on what and what not to include. We will also advise on legal matters such as The Gas Safety Check, Electrical Checks and Furniture Fire Regulations.

Whilst as landlord you have certain responsibilities it is not one sided. Your tenants also have many obligations, which you can see listed on our specimen lease available on request. This ensures that your tenant takes care of your property. We would also have a contract with you that sets out the high quality of service that you can expect from LALS.

Please note: we do not unfortunately take on tower blocks or flats located on housing estates, only street properties in residential settings, i.e. flats within a house conversion or low built purpose built flats not above the third floor, or street houses ideally.
